Prototype review

Tymora Scheduler

A configurable appointment-scheduling product, sold to firms (banks, dental practices, clinics, etc.) and embedded in their portals. These are clickable mockups — no real backend. The goal is to validate the flow and surface UX issues before we build.

How to review (10–15 min)

  1. Open each prototype below in order. They build on each other.
  2. Use the switcher in the top-right of each prototype to flip between tenants (Acme Bank vs Acme Dental) and roles where applicable. They behave differently per tenant — that's the point.
  3. Click through one full happy-path scenario per prototype. Don't worry about edge cases.
  4. Note what feels confusing, missing, wrong, or surprising. Send feedback using the link / form provided.
1 · End customer
~5 min
Customer Booking Flow
A customer of a bank or dental office books an appointment. Embedded widget on the consuming company's portal. Try both tenants. Try in-person and virtual. Notice multi-resource (dental: pick dentist + hygienist).

2 · Local admin
~7 min
Branch / Office Admin Console
A branch manager managing employees, schedules, and office settings. Try the full scenario: click on Sarah Chen's Thursday cell → mark her sick → see appointment flagged → notify customer → reschedule.
→ Open prototype
3 · Super admin
~7 min
Tenant-wide Config Console
The buyer's super admin configures their company on the platform — org structure, services catalog, branding, notification templates, integrations. Try toggling "Virtual" on dental services and see how it shifts.

4 · Product company
~5 min
Tymora Internal Admin
What we (the product company) see — list of tenants, per-tenant entitlements toggled per contract, provisioning new tenants, cross-tenant analytics. Click into Acme Bank to see entitlement toggles in action.

The four personas

The product is B2B2C with four user types and a clear configuration cascade. Each persona has their own prototype above.
Tymora (us) — sells the product → enables features per contract
  ↓
Consumer Super Admin — buys the product → sets tenant-wide defaults
  ↓
Local Admin — manages a branch / office → overrides settings for their office
  ↓
End Customer — books appointments through the embedded widget
